How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within metro cities in India typically takes 2-4 business days. For Tier 2 cities, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, and for remote areas, it may take 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available for an additional fee and typically delivers within 1-2 business days in major cities.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.

Please note that custom-built PCs have a 15-day return window and may be subject to a restocking fee. Some components like CPUs with broken seals or removed thermal paste cannot be returned unless defective.

How do I check my order status?

You can check your order status by logging into your TechOutlet account and visiting the "Orders" section in your dashboard. Here, you'll find detailed information about all your current and past orders, including tracking information, estimated delivery dates, and order status.

Alternatively, if you placed an order as a guest, you can use the "Track Order" link in the footer of our website. You'll need to enter your order number and the email address used for the order.

You will also receive email notifications at each stage of the order process, from confirmation to shipping and delivery.

How long is the warranty on your products?

Warranty periods vary depending on the product:

  • Custom-built PCs: 2-year comprehensive warranty covering parts and labor
  • Laptops and pre-built desktops: Manufacturer's warranty, typically 1-2 years
  • Components (CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, etc.): Manufacturer's warranty, typically 1-3 years
  • Peripherals (keyboards, mice, headsets): Manufacturer's warranty, typically 1-2 years

TechOutlet Premium Care extended warranty is available for most products, extending coverage for an additional 1-2 years beyond the standard warranty period.

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't entered the shipping process. To cancel an order:

  1. Log into your TechOutlet account
  2. Navigate to the "Orders" section
  3. Find the order you wish to cancel
  4. Click the "Cancel Order" button

If you don't see the cancel option, it means your order has already been processed for shipping. In this case, you'll need to wait for the item to arrive and then initiate a return.

For custom-built PCs, cancellation may be subject to a fee if the assembly process has already begun.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, TechOutlet primarily serves customers within India. We do offer international shipping to select countries in South Asia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, including:

  • Nepal
  • Bhutan
  • Bangladesh
  • Sri Lanka
  • UAE
  • Singapore
  • Malaysia

International shipping times vary from 7-21 business days depending on the destination. Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
